      - Given focus to writing skills.
      - Implemented a test preparation program that incorporates thinking skills, problem solving, and curriculum integration.

      - Ensured the maintenance of a clean, orderly, and safe learning environment.
      - Provided professional development activities designed to improve school culture, climate, and academic achievement.

      - Provided monthly parent newsletters and events calendars.
      - Encouraged parental participation in all schoolwide events.
      - Maintained an active PTA and LSRT.
